Hiatus

Still here folks..just taking a bit of a blog'n hiatus. Work has taken up pretty much all my free time (as if there was any of that to begin with). Should calm down a bit in a month or so.

Hope you guys are doing allright.

Congrats to Mike on the new addition! Mike-Speed Jr.

Amanda, keep pluggin' along and remember that our training closely resembles those hilly courses we run on...some ups, some downs, but we figure out a way to do it even if it ain't pretty.

Rae, I haven't checked your blog in a while, hope all is well though. :-)
