In NYC for work today, so it's going to take some creativity to get some miles in. Not sure that walking up and down the aisles of the train will endear me to anyone, so we'll have to figure something out! The MoMM is counting on it!
Blister update: Still there on my foot, but I was able to get a 3.5 mile run on the treadmill yesterday with my new running socks. No new damage too the blister, so it appears the socks were a huge part of the problem. Will look into some new shoes as well later this week, but I'm at least back running, and getting ready for the big 3.5 miler this Saturday. WooHoo
Pic is from NYC November 2001, very patriotic time for NYC. Spent a week down here during that time, and no matter what people thing of New Yorkers, they really came together during a troubling time and showed their best for sure! Of course, it's pretty much back to normal now....but we know your true feelings NYC! :-)
